How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want anyone who contacts Sebeiti Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Sebeiti Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Sebeiti Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@sebeiti.space and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer our email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
